We've made finding your favorite foods on campus easy! We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Bruder features these exciting stations offering a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite:
- Hometown, featuring hot comfort foods and daily vegan or vegetarian entrees
- The Grill, customize all your favorite made-to-order burgers, fries, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, etc.
- International Station, featuring made-to-order cuisine from around the world with weekly specials like sizzling salads and Taco Tuesdays
- Pizza & Pasta Station, choose from a variety of house-made pizza served fresh from the oven and made-to-order pasta with rotating sauces
- Deli Station, choose from a variety of sliced meats and fresh toppings
- Salad Bar, featuring an array of greens and toppings prepared fresh every day
- Dessert Bar, choose from an assortment of desserts every day ranging from cookies and pies to brownies and pudding
Simple Zone, located in Bruder Dining Center, is our campus dining "pantry" where food items needed by students with Celiac disease or food allergies are housed with precautions against cross-contact. It is designed to give students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. There are a variety of items made without gluten, peanuts and tree nuts such as cereals, breads, bagels and desserts. Simple Zone also features equipment such as a designated toaster and refrigerator.
